The Learning Company teamed with Warner Brothers studio and made three Cartoon Network Scooby-Doo games: Phantom of the Knight, Showdown in Ghost Town, and Jinx at the Sphinx. These games are great for kids ages 5-10.
Scooby-Doo! Showdown in Ghost Town:
Showdown in Ghost Town was released in October 2000. In this story, the gang drives through the dessert and arrives at a ghost town. The Faceless Rider makes an appearance and causes trouble – the gang looks around and finds mysterious things. A character is tie-up, someone has been digging, and the Faceless Rider to trying to scare off people. Puzzles include collecting missing inventory such as keys, matching musical notes, balancing weights, and navigating a mine cart maze. An arcade-style pie noon showdown with Scooby and the Faceless Rider is a fun way to earn enough Scooby Snacks to get through the mystery.
Scooby-Doo! Jinx at the Sphinx:
Scooby and the gang head to Egypt to meet up with Velma’s cousin, Thelma. A mummy is scaring away people and it’s up to the gang to figure out who it really is and why.
Scooby-Doo! Phantom of the Knight:
I do not have this game yet – but hope to play it someday!
