HeR Interactive’s first Dossier game for PC based on the classic female detective, Nancy Drew! Nancy Drew® Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses! released December, 2008, to PC. It is available for digital download on herinteractive.com, Amazon.com (affiliate link), and Steam.

Seek the source of sabotage on a Hollywood set!
You, as Nancy Drew, are on the set of a controversial remake of the famous 1930’s film “Pharaoh!” The studio original movie released with an alternate ending due to the untimely death of Lois Manson, the film’s star, and became a box office smash. Now, Nancy Drew is undercover on the set to get to the bottom of suspicious press leaks and uncanny accidents that have the production schedule in jeopardy. Is someone trying to sabotage the movie or is it a curse of the fallen film star in Nancy Drew Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses!

This game was built on a proprietary engine internally, by HeR Interactive. It is an original story.
This Dossier series was meant to be a casual, “Fast fun for busy detectives” hidden object and puzzle game. The environments are 2D illustrations with lightly animated 3D characters. The story is linear, but the ending varies each time you play the game.

Before the sequel was made, this game had a different style cover illustration for the box art.
