In Nancy Drew: Treasure in the Royal Tower, Nancy is asked to fetch the Professor’s boots from the ski instructor, Jacques. You’ll find Jacques down in the basement in the ski rental shop, across from the elevator. There are two routes you can take to get there. The first is to ride the elevator down to the basement, the other is to walk down the main staircase to the lobby, through the lounge, to the left hall and down the spiral staircase, through the halls until you reach the ski rental room.
Once you tell Jacques about the boots, he will give them to you to deliver to Hotchkiss. Return to the second floor and walk through the halls, following the sound of the typewriter to room 314. Knock on the door and introduce yourself. The professor will not open her door, so follow her instruction to leave them at the door. When looking at her closed door, hover your cursor over the door to look down at the floor. Click the boots out of your inventory, and click on the floor to leave them there. As soon as you turn to leave, you will hear the door open and close quickly, the boots disappearing.
