Rose Green
Rose is the prime owner and manager of the mansion and it’s bed and breakfast. She is a friend of Hannah Gruen’s and has asked for your help with the renovations. However, all the “accidents” strike her as odd and annoying. She is really stressed, tight on money, and just wants to open the bed and breakfast in time. She is your main contact and is located in the dining room on the first floor. Talk to her to receive your renovation tasks. If you investigate her things, you may find motives that make her a suspect in all the accidents and hauntings.

Abby Sideris
Abby will likely be the first character you meet, since her room is closest to your yours (where you start in the game). She believes in the supernatural and has some insight to the ghosts who once lived in the mansion. She believes all these accidents are really Charlie’s fault, since he is young and not as experienced at renovations. She is available from 8am to 3pm and 6pm to 10pm. She will not be in her room from 3pm to 6pm.
Here’s what HeR Interactive’s character bio says:
She met Rose Green in River Heights during a stint directing a school play and together they purchased the Victorian mansion. Abby has a fascination for the supernatural and believes the mansion is truly haunted. Is she trying to turn her beliefs into reality?
Louis Chandler
Louis is not available until you have met Rose, Abby, and Charlie. His working hours are noon to 5pm in the library. Louis is offering advice on authentic décor and the antiques in the house in exchange for research within the library. He owns a gallery called Chandler Interiors and he specializes on the Victorian era. He doesn’t see the accidents or hauntings as anything of importance, but as minor setbacks for Rose.
Here’s what HeR Interactive’s character bio says:
An antique dealer and Victorian era expert, Louis has agreed to consult with Rose on decoration in return for access to her library. However, he doesn’t seem to know as much as he says he does, so could he be causing the distractions?
Charlie Murphy
Charlie is a college student who is hired by Rose to help with the renovations. He can be found in the basement from 8am to 5pm. People blame him for the accidents but insists he knows what he is doing, and is frustrated by this.
Here’s what HeR Interactive’s character bio says:
Charlie is working on the house renovations and secretly [lives in the mansion’s hidden room]. Affable, adorable, endearing and sincerely nice, is Charlie causing the delay in renovations so it will extend his job and [free-of-charge stay]?

Elizabeth “Lizzie” Applegate
This mansion was once owned by successful Victorian-era actress Lizzie Applegate. Her picture is seen several times in the house, and it is said her ghost is haunting the place. She is a fictitious character for the game, and is the one who hid her secrets throughout the mansion. If you look hard enough, you will learn more about her history and her connection to Diego Valdez.
The ghost you see floating in the mirrors is presumed to be her, roaming the mansion in search of her love. Is her ghost real, or figment of an illusion? What is her big secret in the house?
Diego Valdez
Diego is mentioned a few times throughout the game. It is said his ghost is one of the spirits haunting the mansion, looking for his wife. In the séance scene, it is implied that it is his voice that speaks to you. There are no pictures of him in the house.
Emily Foxworth
A friend of yours, Emily Foxworth is a reporter who travels a lot. She is only a phone character whom you must call to ask about some Chinese symbols.
