This game was built on a proprietary engine internally, by HeR Interactive. It is loosely based on the book by the same name.

Set in Wisconsin, the entire mystery takes place at a fictional castle at a ski resort. Wickford Castle was once owned by the late Ezra Wickford, and is currently under the ownership of Christi Lane, with Dexter Egan as manager.

This mystery game is very exploratory – with few chores or ‘tasks’ the player has to accomplish. Player discovers explores the castle, discovering dead-ends designed by the paranoid former owner, learns the history of Marie Antoinette and her connection to the castle tower and discovers the reason behind the library sabotage and strange noises heard at night.
