Read the letter and note that the word LIGHT is all in uppercase letters. This clue leads you to examine the carving at the back of the desk. Press the lantern button and a compartment is revealed. The compartment has locked drawers and you need a key.
Examine the desk to the right and pull out the decorative key shown in the video. Follow the tutorial instructions to “inspect” your 3D object and rotate it for a better view. Click on the key to unfold it. Back out of inspection mode and look closer at the keyhole. Use your key on the lock. When the drawer on the right pulls out, use your cursor to click and drag the metal cube to the upper left corner of the maze. This unlocks the left drawer. Inspect the book, then leave the archives to follow Dr. Hirst.
