Turn to your left and walk up to the workbench. To the left side is a paper diagram of the lift. The levers are set to the 3rd level, 2nd level, and 4th level.
Back up and step up to the ski lift power generator. Pull the levers to match the diagram. Each lever triggers another. Pull the right one twice, then the middle once.
