Bonus content for Nancy Drew: The Shattered Medallion (MED) on this page includes fun facts, Easter eggs, awards, phone charms, and any additional tips and tricks for playing the game.

Fun Facts

The BONUS Edition of the game included these extra features: Nancy’s cell phone games, the Charmed award, Easter Egg #4, extra text entries on George’s tablet, extra voice confessionals on the player near George.

Some of the additional characters from the other teams were voiced by HeR Interactive team members, including the CEO at the time.

Both George Fayne and Jamila El Dine were voiced by the same actress.

Easter Eggs

There are four physical Easter Eggs you can earn or find in the game (actual decorative eggs to add to your inventory.)

Egg 1: In the Sheep barn, if you open and close the stove 7 times in a row, you’ll earn this egg.

Egg 2: At the caves, if you use an already-acquired Easter egg on the firepit, you’ll earn this egg.

Egg 3: In the puzzle palace, if you play Monster and/or Raid! five times, you will earn this egg.

Egg 4: This egg is only acquired in the BONUS Edition of the game. If you hold an already-acquired egg as your cursor and approach the auction house in the center field, a new Easter egg will be available for purchase for 5 points.

Achievements – Meta Awards – Trophies

The trophies (metagame awards) can be achieved by doing the following in the list below. Any players who play the game on the same computer will add to and share the collection of trophies. (Meaning if a person plays through MED and only gets 3 trophies, a sibling who is also playing on the same computer can earn different trophies but share in the trophy collection together.)

• Big Spender – for buying one of each auction item.
• Card Agon – for using 4 special game showcards (any combination of award cards, point cards, or deduction cards).
• Compassionate – for checking in with George a lot (talking to George about everything below.)

• Spoiler Free – if you finish the game without using in-game spoiler hints.
• Super Fan – for listening to all the other teams’ confessionals on the player.
• Survivor – For making it through the earthquake simulator malfunction without a second chance (hiding under the table for success).
• Trivia Tamer – for correctly answering the trivia question at the end of the game.
• Charmed – BONUS Edition game only. If you find all seven phone charms.

Extra Tricks and Tips

• If you use any Easter Egg on the scoreboard, it will increase your team’s points by 30 points. Fair warning: your egg will disappear from your inventory, so be sure to use it for the other Easter Egg acquisitions before applying this trick.
