In Nancy Drew: Shadow at the Water’s Edge, you can get up to 7 phone charms as part of the regular and special edition of the game. This is the first Nancy Drew game to feature the phone charms.
The first phone charm (a rice triangle) is given to you by Yumi for completing the first Bento puzzle. If you continue solving more bento (up to 9 more times) you can earn three more charms from Yumi.
The last three charms can be purchased at the prize machine at the Pachinko parlor: the donut, red mushroom, and blue whale.
