HeR Interactive’s 13th installment to their PC/Mac Mystery Adventure games based on the classic female detective, Nancy Drew! Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon released in September 2005. The PC game is available on herinteractive.com, Steam, and Amazon.com (affiliate link) as digital downloads.

Catch this train — it’s your ticket to solving a century-old mystery! The Hardy Boys have invited you, as Nancy Drew, on a train ride out West hosted by beautiful and prominent socialite, Lori Girard. Lori has gathered the greatest minds in mystery to solve a century-old secret and the haunted train is their best clue. The luxurious train once belonged to Jake Hurley, who set out long ago to find the mother lode during mining mania. Years later, Jake’s train was found in Blue Moon Canyon with the engineer slumped over in the car – dead. Jake had mysteriously vanished… Climb aboard, as Nancy Drew, and see if you can uncover the truth at the end of the line in Nancy Drew: Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon!

This game was built on a proprietary engine internally, by HeR Interactive. It is inspired by the book Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys Super Mystery #8: Mystery Train.
Set on a privately-owned train by debutante Lori Girard, Nancy joins the Hardy Boys in an invitation to find Jake Hurley’s lost mine. When their guest disappears during orientation, Nancy hunts the train and learns about the original owner, solving his puzzles to find where his lost mine and hidden treasure are. Is the train haunted by the ghost of Jake Hurley’s wife? Is there someone on the train who will do anything to gain the treasure?
This mystery game is rich in puzzles and characters. New environments are unlocked after solving a series of puzzles.
