HeR Interactive’s 21st installment to their PC/Mac Mystery Adventure games based on the classic female detective, Nancy Drew! Warnings at Waverly Academy released in October 2009. The PC game is available on herinteractive.com, Steam, and Amazon.com (affiliate link) as digital downloads.

This game was built on a proprietary engine internally, by HeR Interactive. It is loosely based on the book Curse of the Black Cat.
Set in northern New York, Nancy goes undercover as a student at an all-girls boarding school to investigate the strange sabotage and accidents against the school’s valedictorian candidates. Each member received a note from “The Black Cat” which is followed by something terrible happening to each student.
This mystery game is very puzzle-heavy, followed by a lot of character interaction. The mystery takes place over a few days, and time passing is shown in the form of snow. outside Ramsey Hall, where the player spends the mystery.

This game was the first Nancy Drew game featuring an all-female cast.
